Musical chemistry is a rare, intangible thing. But for Andy Pla:s and Shawn Lee, the creative force behind Young Gun Silver Fox the unmalleable, unspoken connection that gives their work such a unique and distinctive sound was apparent from their first experiences in a studio together.
Alongside their now decade plus long tenure as Young Gun Silver Fox where they have built up a growing fanbase which includes the likes of Hans Zimmer, Jeff Lyne, and The Black Pumas to name a few, both have already received plaudits for their individual creative excursions. American born, UK based musician Shawn Lee through his own extensive catalogue of recordings with the likes of Shawn Lee’s Ping Pong Orchestra and his well-received solo albums, as well as a go to award winning producer and multi-instrumentalist for the likes of James Morrison and Joel Culpepper, and more recently musical director and drummer for the legendary Asha Puthli in Europe, USA &amp; Australia . Meanwhile the multitalented Andy Platts is the chief songwriter and leader of much loved Brit-soul sensations Mamas Gun. He’s also clocked up a plethora of song writing collaborations with legends such as Rod Temperton and Brian Jackson, as well as writing songs for the forthcoming album of rising UK soul star MT Jones for this forthcoming debut album and they both co wrote the title track of the latest Take That album ‘This Life’ which went to number 1 in the UK charts.
Of their initial hook up Shawn explains that “It was about 2006 when we came across each other on Myspace and I checked out Andy and saw that he knew a couple of the same people, and I was impressed with his talents so I sent him a message saying we should hook up and do something, and he never got back to me of course! But maybe it was around 2009 when we first spoke.”
Taking their name from Andy’s standing as youngest band member and Shawn’s resplendent silver locks, and sensing they were kindred musical spirits, the duo set about creating their 2015 debut West End Coast, bonding over a shared love of the smooth sounds of ’70s pop-soul and artist’s such as Ned Doheny, Hall &amp; Oates, Steely Dan and the breezy, west coast stylings that had been in Shawn’s musical DNA since his youth. “I remember at one point thinking Steely Dan was the ultimate group because they had hit singles and were on the radio and I’m like ‘man they’re accessible and they’re in the mainstream but their music is so sophisticated and so musical and they have the best playing and the best arrangements.’ I just thought if you could do that then you’ve won, that’s the ultimate thing musically for me that if I could do something like that, that had all those qualities but was still accessible then you’re killing it. Music like that and bands like that are rare, it’s a really special thing. And there’s something about Young Gun Silver Fox that’s winning on those two fronts.”
The release of their 2015 debut album West End Coast was timely, riding in at the beginning of an overdue reappraisal of the previously maligned world of music that became (unfairly) grouped under the then fashionable ‘Yacht Rock’ tag, and Young Gun Silver Fox came straight out the box with a perfectly curated record that fused all the best components of mid ’70s to early ’80s contemporary pop and soul. Much to their own surprise, the band immediately found its audience. “We were surprised,” explains Andy, “we were making it for us and we thought we’d try and put it out and it would be great to even play it live but we had no idea that it would find the audience that we hoped it might find, and we got really lucky in places like Holland where it really took off and we were playing big venues.”
If West End Coast lit a musical spark then follow up AM Waves, released in 2018 fanned the flames and helped turn Young Gun Silver Fox into a self-made success story, showing a growing synergy between the two musicians that shone through on tunes like the deep, funky pop of ‘Caroline’, ‘Lenny’s deceptively poignant balladry and the beachside disco of ‘Kingston Boogie’. “After the first album was done it was like ‘yeah, this really works and this feels good’ and we’d only just scratched the surface of it” says Andy. “So by the time we hit AM Waves we were really confidently digging in and chomping at the bit really.”
Continuing to build on the reputation forged from their recorded output, Shawn and Andy followed up with stellar live shows and a touring schedule that took them round the world, finding fans in the many far flung corners of the world and securing the endorsement of musical legends. “I was surprised to discover how many Brazilian musicians were fans when I was in Rio doing some recording,” enthuses Shawn, “and I was very pleased to hear that Jeff Lynne from ELO was a big fan.”
2020’s Canyons cemented the band as a permanent fixture in people’s hearts and minds and elevated them to the status afforded on their own musical heroes, nailing the tricky skill of making deceptively layered and richly arranged music sound effortless. Whether through the easy rollin’ groove of opener ‘Kids’, euphoric horn blasts of ‘Dream Woman’ or masterful song writing of closing piano ballad ‘All This Love’, this was a band revelling in reaching new heights.
The pandemic induced lockdown, provided time for the duo to reflect but not to rest on their laurels, and October 2022 saw the band release their fourth work to date, the aptly titled Ticket To Shangri La, a culmination of everything the band do best, and a record that transports you to musical paradise the second the piano stabs of opener &#8216;Still Got It Goin’ On’ kick in and the one-two sucker punch of second track (and the albums lead single) ‘West Side Jet’ lifts you off your feet with its four to the floor rhythm and joy-inducing chorus.
The last albums genesis came from the sharing of songs and recordings online, with each member embellishing the other’s tunes, whether that was Andy adding melodies and lyrics or Shawn laying down extra instrumentation. Says Andy of the process; “When Shawn sends me stuff all the musical variables are done so it’s out of my hands and that’s great but it’s horrible as well, because I get to see Shawn’s mind working and he’s given me his stuff but I might think ‘I wouldn’t put that chord there I’d do that’ and I think ‘oh fuck, how do I work with this!’ I really enjoy that because it keeps you on your toes and you don’t rest on your laurels, you got to bring your ‘A’ game and scrub up!” And although Shawn’s desire was to up the groove factor on this album, as always it comes down to choosing the absolute best songs. “I knew it was gonna be coming down to what the best songs are, I do think it’s an album of bangers though, the whole first five or six songs hit you and there hasn’t been another one of our records like that, it’s strong man.”
Three years later the band are preparing to release their fifth album ‘Pleasure’, a`er an insanely busy year completing their largest US tour to date in 2024 as well as touring Europe, including supporting The Black Pumas both in the US &amp; UK, who personally asked for them to support them, as they are such big fans of the band.
‘Pleasure’ took on a different and more personable recording process, after four albums with both musicians laying down ideas in their own studios and sending files back and across via email. Shawn in London and Andy in Norfolk, this album Shawn travelled to Andy’s studio The Prairie for four days in December 2024 and back again in January 2025. The duo commenced furiously writing &amp; recording ideas from a completely blank slate. Over half of the album&#8217;s 10 songs were birthed from these in-person sessions. This was a real game changer and evolution of the game for Andy and Shawn.
The only additional musicians on the album are the horn players. Nichol Thomson trombone &amp; arrangements, Tom Walsh on trumpet &amp; Graeme Blevins on sax and flute. The rest is handled by Andy and Shawn. Andy engineered these sessions and the album was later mixed &amp; finished at Shawn’s London studio with Pierre Duplan, helping engineer and mix it.
“At this point YGSF are continuing to build on their back catalogue and we are constantly thinking about using our collective strengths to evolve”, explains Andy.
What happens next is open to fate, but one certainty is that Andy and Shawn will continue to come up with the goods. “The ‘West Coast’ vibe was really a jumping off point initially,” says Andy. “The more music we make, the more it really is all about what Shawn &amp; I do together naturally, and so that’s evolving the MO of the whole project all the time in a really natural way.”

Love and Theft are a Country act built around the striking harmonies of Eric Gunderson and Stephen Barker Liles. After a pair of early hits &#8212; &#8220;Runaway&#8221; went to 10 in 2009, &#8220;Angel Eyes&#8221; topped the charts in 2011 &#8212; they settled into a relaxed, melodic groove that allowed them to slightly adapt to the times. Initially resembling a stripped-down Rascal Flatts, by the time the group released their fourth album, Need to Breathe, in 2023, the duo showed they could cannily add an adult alternative flair without losing their Country flavor.
Formed in Nashville in 2006. Initially, vocalists and songwriters Gunderson, Liles, and Brian Bandas took turns singing leads, while the other two sang gorgeous backing harmonies. Versatile, bright-sounding, and with a clear sense of pop-country arrangement, Love and Theft&#8217;s live shows brought them an enthusiastic fan base. After playing a showcase for ASCAP representatives, Love and Theft were offered a deal with the Disney-affiliated Country label Lyric Street Records.
Working with producers Jeff Coplan and Robert Ellis Orrall, the trio released its debut album, World Wide Open, in the middle of 2009. The album&#8217;s first single, &#8220;Runaway,&#8221; peaked at number ten on the Country singles chart, while the album also cracked the Country Top Ten. However, Lyric Street and CarolWood were closed by Disney in April 2010, and the group went looking for a new label. Bandas left the band in 2011, and Gunderson and Liles continued as a duo. The two-piece Love and Theft were signed to RCA Nashville later that same year. A single, &#8220;Angel Eyes,&#8221; was a major Country hit, rising to number one on the C&amp;W singles charts, while the subsequent album, simply called Love and Theft, went to number four on the Country albums survey. However, Love and Theft had completed most of their third album when they fell into a dispute with RCA Nashville, and they parted ways with the label.
Launching their own Hate &amp; Purchase Music, Love and Theft self-released Whiskey on My Breath in February 2015. The album&#8217;s title track rose to 31 on the Country singles chart, and in 2016 the duo signed with Curb Records, which soon reissued Whiskey on My Breath.
Although Love and Theft immediately started releasing singles on Curb, it took a while for the duo to complete their fourth album. Need to Breathe finally appeared in December 2023, nearly nine years after Whiskey on My Breath.

Known for their rich vocal blend and genre-crossing sound, The Goodwin Brothers—Jonathan Goodwin, William Goodwin and Chase Bush—have carved out a unique space in the Americana and Bluegrass scenes. Their music fuses modern sensibilities with deep-rooted tradition, resulting in songs that speak to both the past and present.
Each member brings a dynamic musical history to the group. Jonathan Goodwin, William Goodwin and Chase Bush – are a musical force in the Bluegrass and Americana scenes.
Jonathan is a Grammy nominated Producer / Engineer.
William, is an award-winning vocalist, US National Guard veteran, and spent many years as the lead singer with gospel group ASSEMBLED.
Chase is also an award-winning vocalist and gained national attention as a finalist on American Idol Season 5, where his powerful vocals drew comparisons to a young Wayne Newton.

A special evening of songs and stories is set to shine on Broadway this summer as Music Row for MusiCares, presented by the Eric Church Band and Corient, takes over Chief’s on Broadway on Sunday, July 27, 2025. This special event will unite some of Nashville’s most dynamic and acclaimed songwriters for a powerful evening of music, storytelling, and giving back.
The lineup includes celebrated writers Harper O’Neil, Peytan Porter, Emily Ann Roberts, Jackson Dean, Driver Williams, Jason Nix, and Jeremy Spillman and others, along with a very special guest to be announced soon. Collectively, their work has shaped the sound of modern country music, with hits recorded by Eric Church, Luke Combs, Lainey Wilson, and many more.
Ticket proceeds will benefit MusiCares, a nonprofit that provides vital health and human services to members of the music community.
Since 2012, the Eric Church Band has helped raise more than $3 million through its annual ECB Golf Tournament and Auction, with proceeds benefiting MusiCares. Music Row for MusiCares is a continuation of that mission, extending the band’s legacy of philanthropy and deep connection to the songwriting community.

Aaron Raitiere is a lyricist, performer, and visual artist from Central Kentucky. He is highly sought after in the Nashville songwriting community for his unique ability to coax coherent and focused creative output from his co-writers. Raitiere is a Grammy winner for his song “I’ll Never Love Again” performed by Lady Gaga in the movie “A Star Is Born.”
He has also successfully collaborated with artists such as Anderson East, The Oak Ridge Boys, Robert Randolph, Whiskey Myers, Montgomery Gentry, Miranda Lambert, Brent Cobb, Ashley Monroe, Randy Rogers, Ashley McBryde, Lori McKenna, Shooter Jennings, Natalie Hemby, Ed Sheeran, Avicii, and many others. Currently a staff writer for Warner Chappell Music and Dave Cobb’s Low Country Sound, Raitiere graduated from Cornell University with a BA in American Studies and subsequently received an MFA in Recording Arts from MTSU. Paintings done by Aaron are currently hanging in businesses and homes all over the country.

It’s an intimate, up close and personal night of music and an ALL AGES SHOW with reserved seating.
Florida native Dylan Gerard is a country artist on the rise who is known for his soulful voice and relatable songwriting.  During a stint on Team Adam on NBC’s The Voice, mentor Kelly Clarkson told Dylan he had “a voice that Country music was missing.’  Dylan has toured all over the country and opened shows for Riley Green, Hank Williams Jr and others.  A growing list of single releases spotlight Dylan’s rich vocals and personal songwriting and solidifies the fact that his is a name you need to remember. We’re excited to have Dylan making his Chief’s debut at this special show!
Hit songwriter Paul Sikes is a Nashville native best known for his chart-topping Lainey Wilson hit “Wild Horses and Wildflowers.”  The award-winning songwriter and producer has also hit the top of the charts with hits recorded by Jimmie Allen and Matt Stell and his songs have been recorded by Cody Johnson, Mae Estes, Cyndi Thomson and others.  Paul has been a part of the Buddy’s Place story since the “living room days” in 2011 and has spent time playing guitar on the road with Brett Eldredge and Billy Ray Cyrus. He has shared his music at the world-famous Bluebird Café and played on the stage of the historic Grand Ole Opry.  It’s always a great night with Paul back for a show!
Sister duo Walker County (Ivy Dean and Sophie Dawn) have opened for major artists like Willie Nelson, Martina McBride, Old Dominion and more as well as major television appearances like The Kelly Clarkson Show. The CMT Level Up and Next Women of Country featured artists independently released their first full length album “Painted Ponies” in 2024.  Indiana natives, the sisters co-wrote the entire project that takes the listener on a music journey that covers all emotions from fun upbeat tongue and cheek songs to the touching, personal and sentimental tunes included in the great collection of songs.  You do NOT want to miss a show with Walker County on stage, and we have Sophie sitting in on percussion for all the artists in the round too!
What started as a series of intimate house concerts in 2011 has steadily grown over the years and now finds itself hosting a special intimate monthly residency shows at Eric Church’s Chief’s on Broadway – we are determined to hold true to a promise made to fellow music lovers that Buddy’s Place is “where you won’t hear crap!&#8221;

A Berklee College of Music alum with a study in Film Scoring, she&#8217;s toured internationally as a dueling pianist/vocalist and now brings her soulful storytelling and cinematic soundscapes to stages across Music City.

Honkytonk troubadour Sheyna Gee is known for her unforgettable voice, show and songwriting. In 2025, she continues to captivate audiences across the U.S. and internationally, performing at renowned festivals like C2C, Country Norway, and Bonnaroo. Emily McGill
Emily McGill is a Humboldt Tennessee native. Growing up in a family band, she knew early that she wanted to be surrounded by music for the rest of her life. Her rockabilly, Country, and rock roots run deep and she hopes you find peace in the music that she also finds shelter in.
Rachel Schumacher
Originally from St. Louis Missouri, Rachel is a 25 year old country artist currently working in Nashville Tennessee. She got her start singing at open mics &amp; small dive bar shows, eventually ending up on Broadway in Nashville. Her honest lyrics &amp; slight country twang are similar to Taylor Swift in her early days. She takes inspiration from other artists like Kelsea Ballerini, Megan Moroney, &amp; Miranda Lambert. Her first song “Maybe I&#8217;m Crazy” came out in November 2022, after just 5 months of living in Nashville. Her most recent single, “Days That End In &#8220;Y&#8221; was released in March of 2025.  If you keep up with her schedule, you can find her on roadway singing her own original music as well as all the Country classics.

Born in Memphis, Skyelor Anderson has been making a name for himself in the country scene, blending soul, gospel, and country into a sound that’s all his own. A former X Factor contestant, he has opened for major acts like Jamey Johnson, Brothers Osborne, and Jon Pardi, proving he belongs on the biggest stages.
Ben Kadlecek
A Southern Rock/Alternative Country Artist from the Texas Hill Country town of Dripping Springs.  A piano player since the age of seven, Ben&#8217;s unique gift is the fact that he can command the stage behind both a keyboard and a guitar. He treats the craft of songwriting like a puzzle, trying to find the best way to make the pieces fit while weaving a meaningful story throughout the song. His first major cut as a songwriter is one he previously released on his own project &#8220;Brazos County Bound&#8221;.  Amen is the lead single from Nashville recording artist Jacob Bryant&#8217;s 2022 album &#8220;Barstool Preacher&#8221;.  Ben was busy in 2022 with singles &#8220;Ghosts&#8221; released in January and finding its way to BMI&#8217;s Texas Top Ten playlist and &#8220;Tell Me&#8221; landing on Spotify&#8217;s Fresh Finds Country playlist following in February. In August 2023, Ben relocated to Nashville, Tennessee fulltime.  Since moving he has been busy writing and recording new music.  A five song project released in March 2024 followed by a single &#8220;Hell Mary&#8221; in October. 2025 is already looking to be a breakout year for the young singer/songwriter.

Ladies and gentlemen, meet Nashville’s best-kept secret: Hannah Dasher.
Aside from Hannah’s work ethic, her strong, non-conforming, swaggy lyrics set her apart from her peers early on, earning her the nickname Hannah Damn Dasher. Accompanying her big hair and her larger-than-life personality is a voice that’s even bigger.
During the quarantine summer of 2020, Dasher decided to try out her comedic, country music-infused cooking series, &#8220;Stand By Your Pan&#8221; on TikTok. Within six months, her platform grew from 12,000 followers to over a million. “People appreciate that I’m authentically unfiltered Hannah, and I’m very confident in who God made me to be,” she says.
Quite the entertainer beyond the kitchen, the triple threat is now a Fender Next Artist, and the face of the new 2021 Telecaster coming this fall. “Jaren Johnston (from the band The Cadillac Three) gave me my first electric guitar a few years ago and said, ‘Now here. Learn it!’ So I did. I don’t know the notes, I just play by ear.”
Once Sony discovered and then signed Dasher, she says, her team was careful about the timing of her releases, because in country music, timing can be everything. “They never made me feel like I wasn’t enough,” the CMT Next Women of Country says. And now that the time is right, Dasher is all in. She was born to entertain, and now she’s devoted 32 years of hard work to perfecting her art. It shows at all her shows. Hannah Damn Dasher, indeed.

Tori Forsyth
QMA Winner, ARIA nominated and 7x Golden Guitar Award-nominated artist Tori Forsyth is back &amp; has just released a brand new album filled with breathtakingly authentic and innovative country music.
First single released off the album; ‘Sometimes’ features friend and country music icon Shane Nicholson. Sometimes was nominated for Vocal Collaboration of the Year at the Toyota 52nd Golden Guitar Awards.
Third single ‘Good Enough’ is the most delicate and introspective moment on the album, underscored by a ringing guitar and lilting harmonies enhanced by Australian Country Music legend Kasey Chambers.
Tori has been cultivating a steadily growing fanbase since the release of her evocative single ‘New Wall’ and her acclaimed EP Black Bird (2016). Kat Hasty
Kat Hasty was writing songs before she could put a pen to paper. “All I ever wanted was to be a writer. Everything else was an afterthought,” said Hasty. “I never knew I would go on tour or be part of the business. I was just writing to deal with life.”
Raised, and still rooted in West Texas, her songs have been shaped by the desolation of the desert, the rough and rowdy crowd that comes through these small oil towns, and early signs of depression and an ever present sense of melancholy. Her breakout moment arrived with 2021’s “Pretty Things,” a song that took off online and led to touring the US and Europe, accolades in press and a distribution deal with Thirty Tigers.
Her first EP, Drowning in Dreams, resonated far beyond what she could have imagined and earned her a wave of dedicated listeners. Now, Kat is stepping into a bold new era with her sophomore project, Time of Your Life, set to arrive this May. The album marks her first full-band project and a significant departure from the stripped-down acoustic style that introduced her to the world. Lewis Brice
There is a grit that seems to seep from every note Lewis Brice sings.
Brice started making substantial waves in the industry with 2010’s “Ordinary Girl.” He competed on CMT’s Can You Duet? snagging a top ten spot after beating thousands of his fellow music-makers. He took the lead role in brother Lee Brice’s “I Drive Your Truck” music video and took home a British CMA Award for “International Song of the Year” for his heartfelt song “Blessed.” With more outstanding original tracks such as, “It’s You (I’ve Been Looking for)” “Summertime Vibes&#8221;, &#8221; Messin with my mind&#8221; and “Call Me Yours,” Brice has surpassed over Fifty Million streams across the digital platforms.
He has received accolades from the likes of Rolling Stone and Billboard and has shared the stage with acts like Luke Bryan, Dierks Bently, Hank Williams Jr. Gary Allan and Lee Brice just to name a few.
But make no mistake – Brice is nowhere close to tying a shiny bow on life just yet. “I can still write songs about broken hearts and promises…because I&#8217;ve been there. But I&#8217;ve also got a lot of life experiences to share, both good and bad.” With Lewis Brice, the glass is always half full. Levi Hummon
Singer-songwriter Levi Hummon spent his early 20s practicing his art, but his immersion into country music started much, much earlier. From the day he was born, his father Marcus Hummon, (one of Nashville’s most prolific GRAMMY-winning songwriters [The Dixie Chicks, Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts]) immersed Levi in the music scene, and It didn&#8217;t take long to realize the apple didn&#8217;t fall far from the tree.
At 24, Levi began releasing music of his own. Cleancut and compelling, he told stories of love and loss while building a loyal fanbase that has grown with him through every bend and break. As a Nashville native who was inspired by the legacies around him and had an undeniable gift of songwriting, it was no surprise that 5 years, 30 released songs, and 100 million streams later as an independent artist, Levi had created a name for himself.
In 2021, his viral Walker Hayes collaboration sensation “Paying for It” cemented Levi’s status as a rising country star. This sparked a new sense of confidence both on stage and in writing rooms that allowed him to discover the magnitude of his potential as an artist, and a new authentic version of Levi emerged. His follow-up tunes, “Bottled Up,” “For Me,” “Good Riddance,” and “Drink On” are the product of just that. Hummon says, “taking risks, finding my own voice, and showing the scars and roughness around the edges allowed me to portray the most honest version of myself”.
Coming off of his first headlining tour in the Fall of ‘21, Levi found himself to be in high demand in the spring and summer of 2022. MAYCE
Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, MAYCE began her music journey in 2012 by sharing heartfelt cover songs on YouTube. Soon after she established her online presence, her talent caught the attention of Flo Rida, leading to a record deal and an opportunity to tour with him from 2015 to 2017 during his My House album era.
In 2018, she took a step toward defining her own artistic path, signing with EMPIRE under Tina Davis. Her debut EP, released in 2019, featured “Cry For Help,” a song that resonated widely and introduced her voice to a broader audience.
The COVID-19 pandemic brought an unexpected turn to her career, during which she relocated to Utah. Surrounded by the mountains and a slower pace of life, MAYCE found herself drawn to the storytelling traditions of folk and country music. This shift in perspective helped her refine her songwriting and reconnect with her authentic self.
Her ability to capture relatable moments and raw feelings in her lyrics has become the heart of her music, drawing listeners to her unique voice as both a singer and a storyteller. With a renewed sense of purpose and a sound rooted in folk and country influences, MAYCE continues to create music that feels deeply personal yet universally understood.

Jeremy Edward
A seasoned songwriter who has been crafting stories through music for over a decade. Originally from South Carolina, Jeremy made the leap to Nashville 11 years ago to pursue his passion for songwriting. His work has earned him notable recognition, including co-writing the top 40 Music Row Breakout Chart hit, “Beer Needs Drinkin” by Reed Foley, and penning Kylie Frey’s “Red Dirt Cinderella”, which topped the Texas Regional Radio charts for two weeks in 2022. In addition to his writing accomplishments, Jeremy is dedicated to fostering Nashville&#8217;s songwriting community. He hosts “The Round” a monthly songwriter showcase at The Local Nashville, Bobby’s Idle Hour and Joelton Hardware, where emerging and established writers come together to share their art. He also partners with Song Chasers teaching the craft to  eager writers of all ages.  This year, Jeremy is embarking on an independent project to release some of his own songs, a venture he is deeply excited about.
Ethan Lil&#8217;Skinny
A 24yr old musician from Arkansas, who got an early professional start at age 15 and is well respected with different touring acts all across the nation. Currently living in Nashville, TN, Lil’ Skinny  recently signed with Droptine Music &amp; Sony Publishing and has been busy recording new music!
Collins Horton
From Mississippi roots to Tennessee, Collins Horton was raised by a Strong Christian man and a Southern Preacher&#8217;s Daughter. His mother played the congregational piano at the tender age of 8 years old well into her adulthood. Collins was influenced by the constant echoing of traditional gospel hymns that his mother played in his childhood home. He discovered his passion for writing when his parents gifted him his first guitar at the age of 13 and his passion for songwriting began. Since his arrival in Nashville three years ago, he has shared stages with hit songwriters and artists such as: Pam Tillis, Rodney Atkins, Russell Sutton, D. Vincent Williams, Terri Jo Box and Scott Sean White. Although his future is unwritten, one thing is certain&#8230;this storyteller is carving out his place in Country music with his captivating lyrics and deep baritone voice.
Chase Ryan
A songwriter out of Lacassine, Louisiana. He picked up the guitar as a hobby in the marine corps and moved to Nashville to become a singer-songwriter.

Joe Hanson and Chris Ray may have taken different roads to Nashville – Joe migrating south from Illinois and Chris heading north from Mississippi – but when they started crossing paths in Music Row writing rooms, the fast friends soon realized how much they had in common. Both were multi-instrumentalists who’d grown up singing in church and with a musical DNA that also incorporated country and soulful pop. With a voice that beams like a ray of California sunshine, singer-songwriter Annie Bosko returns to the studio, channeling fresh inspiration into a new chapter of music. Ben Gallaher
Ben Gallaher fires twin barrels of melody-driven country music and heartland rock and roll with his new EP, Bullet, scheduled for release on May 9. Bradley Gaskin
When Bradley Gaskin finally picked up his Gibson J45 after a decade of self-doubt, he was responding to an inexorable pull he could no longer resist. Gaskin had left Nashville behind but couldn’t quite shake the feeling there was something there for him. Upon garnering the attention of a Music Row exec in 2008 after posting a rough demo of a self-penned song, Gaskin quickly signed a publishing deal, then a record deal. Poised to release his debut album in 2011 once his first single became a Top 40 country hit, everything came to a halt when his label deemed him too traditional. After Gaskin was released from his contract, he packed away his guitar, picked up his toolbox and headed back to Duck Springs, AL, to resume real life—which is where Jack Cole, a seasoned businessman and longtime fan, eventually found him. Offered the deal of a lifetime, Gaskin jumped at the chance to get back in the studio with the promise of recording the kind of music he wanted to write. True to his word, Cole started 30A Life Records, signing Gaskin as his first artist and brokering a deal with legendary producer Keith Stegall to produce Gaskin’s new album.

Joey Green
Texas area native and Nashville transplant, known for his success on NBC’s The Voice, Joey Green has become a household name in Texas for his rock ‘n’ roll to soul country rollercoaster ride of a live show.
Green has toured or performed with  Eli Young Band, Randy Rogers, Stoney LaRue, Kevin Fowler, Sean McConnell, Giovannie &amp; the Hired Guns, and Sam Riggs. For the past several years, he’s been part of an international tour in London, Australia and Mexico called the Texas Music Takeover with other well-known Texas artists, Pat Green, Cody Canada, Wade Bowen, Vaden Todd Lewis (The Toadies), Sara Jaffe, Josh Abbott, Koe Wetzel, Parker McCollum, Mike Ryan, and Casey Donahew.

Danny Worsnop

Join us for an evening in The Neon Steeple with Sammy Sadler and Dave Gibson as they share The Hits and History Tour.
Sammy Sadler, known for his classic country voice and captivating stage presence, was a rising star in Nashville in 1989, with six successful singles on Evergreen Records—until tragedy struck. While out on Music Row, he and friend Kevin Hughes were shot by a masked gunman. Sammy survived, but Hughes, a Cash Box Chart manager, did not. The attack exposed a payola scandal that shook the country music industry, known as the Murder on Music Row. Despite the hardships, Sammy never lost his passion for country music and remained determined to return to the stage.
He went on to chart three Billboard albums, 4 Top-15 hits on the Texas Country Music Charts, and the title of Dallas-Fort Worth Male Artist of the Year. Along the way, he collaborated with legends like Steve Wariner, T. Graham Brown, John Anderson, Larry Stewart, and Marty Raybon. Sammy shares his journey in his book A Hit With A Bullet, offering a firsthand account of his survival and perseverance, earning lasting respect in the industry.
Dave Gibson, born in El Dorado, Arkansas, and raised in Odessa, Texas, was shaped by his heartland roots. His journey to Nashville in 1982 launched a career that left a lasting mark on country music. His soulful songwriting has been recorded by legends like Alabama, Tanya Tucker, Montgomery Gentry, Conway Twitty, and Pam Tillis. From 1990 to 1994, he fronted the Gibson/Miller Band, writing and performing hits like High Rollin’, Texas Tattoo, and Stone Cold Country. In 1993, the band won the ACM Award for Best New Group, and Gibson earned six BMI awards, two NSAI awards, and a Grammy nomination. Gibson’s songwriting legacy includes classics like Alabama’s “Jukebox in My Mind”, Tanya Tucker’s “If It Don’t Come Easy”, and Confederate Railroad’s “Queen of Memphis”. Most recently, his #1 hit Ships That Don’t Come In was re-recorded for Hixtape: Vol. 3, featuring Luke Combs and Toby Keith—the last song Keith recorded before his passing in 2024.

Born in his most recent album’s namesake state, Mississippi finds Eady inspired, motivated but not bound by the success of his past; instead, Mississippi is yet another manifestation of what Eady does best – channeling truth into songs and a refusal to be boxed in by his previous work. Raised and still rooted in West Texas, and shaped by the desolation of the desert, Kat Hasty was writing songs before she could put a pen to paper.
“All I ever wanted was to be a writer. Everything else was an afterthought,” said Hasty. “I never knew I would go on tour or be part of the business. I was just writing to deal with life.”
Raised, and still rooted in West Texas, her songs have been shaped by the desolation of the desert, the rough and rowdy crowd that comes through these small oil towns, and early signs of depression and an ever present sense of melancholy. Her breakout moment arrived with 2021’s “Pretty Things,” a song that took off online and led to touring the US and Europe, accolades in press and a distribution deal with Thirty Tigers.
Her first EP, Drowning in Dreams, resonated far beyond what she could have imagined and earned her a wave of dedicated listeners. Now, Kat is stepping into a bold new era with her sophomore project, Time of Your Life, set to arrive this May. The album marks her first full-band project and a significant departure from the stripped-down acoustic style that introduced her to the world. She’ll be teasing the direction and atmosphere of the record with “Family Business,” a rocked-up recording of a previously acoustic track. Time of Your Life is more akin to the energy of her live shows, embracing a full band accompaniment while still holding tight to the West Texas perspective that sets her apart.

“All grit and no quit.” These are the deeply rooted words that Josh Ward lives by to an absolute fault. An anchored mindset that has led this country music artist from a drifter’s adolescence to the jeopardous game of the rodeo circuit to the punishing toil of the Texas oil fields, and into the fickle arms of the music business.
Josh Ward’s debut album, Promises, released in 2011, marked the beginning of his journey in the country music scene. Over the years, he has released several albums, including Holding Me Together and More Than I Deserve, each showcasing his distinctive sound and lyrical storytelling.  Josh was added to the Live at Billy Bob’s Texas family with the release of his live album from the world’s largest honky-tonk in 2019.
The highly anticipated new album, Same Ol’ Cowboy, Different Rodeo, marks a new chapter for Josh.  After a year of highs and lows and a few unexpected turns, Josh is ready to look forward.  Josh said, “I’m not a boastful guy, but this new record is something special. I am really proud of this one!”
The album features a mix of heartfelt ballads and boots on the dance floor tunes, each crafted with his distinctive baritone voice and the classic country music that his fans love. The title itself hints at a subtle balance of staying true to one’s roots while embracing what lies ahead.
The title track, “Same Ol’ Cowboy, Different Rodeo,” written by Jake Worthington and Wyatt McCubbin has always been a favorite for Josh. He said, “I feel honored to have these guys behind me on this record.” The track resonated with Josh as a musician and with a history of life on the rodeo circuit. It strikes a chord within true raw emotion whether you are a performer or a competitor.

Waylon Jennings said it best back in ‘78, realizing the line between his life and art had all but vanished. “Don’t you think this Outlaw bit’s done got out of hand?” the legend sang – and it’s a feeling Alex Williams knows all too well.
Portrayed in 2017 as the heir to the Outlaw Country throne, the Lightning Rod Records artist played his part to perfection, living out the words to gritty hits like “Little Too Stoned” and the rest of a Nashville- produced album debut, Better Than Myself. But after five years of waging war against himself, it’s time to put the guns down.
“It’s all I knew at that point. When I made the first record, I didn’t have a band, I didn’t have a lot of writing experience, and overall a very surface level sense of what I wanted to do,”
Williams says of his early days, and the tunnel vision which eventually led to his new LP, Waging Peace. Matching a cold look in the mirror with a newly liberated sonic style, the set marks a brand new chapter for an artist once pushed into a creative corner.
“Now I feel like a totally different person, because there’s so much more I have experienced,” he goes on. “It’s not easy to get out of that powerful machine up in your head, and in my opinion it’s the toughest battle you can face &#8230; But in the end, it’s worth it. I’m just trying to be honest with the songs and write the kind of music that I would want to listen to.”
A small-town Midwestern kid who’s now amassed more than 5 Million global streams, and toured throughout North America and beyond, those words reveal a man who’s lived and learned, finding a way to put his truth in song. And how he ended up here is a story of its own.
Raised in Pendleton, Indiana, Williams grew up assuming he’d follow his father into criminal justice – but was laying down the law onstage by high school. It was actually his dad who encouraged his early songwriting, Williams says, and fusing hard hitting heavy metal with guitar-driven rock with a deep- beyond-his-years baritone, he was soon gigging between Indiana and Texas, where a cousin had a bar. Soon the old soul was enrolled in Nashville’s prestigious Belmont University, but he quickly left for an education on the road – connecting with Outlaw heroes like Waylon and Willie, Billy Joe Shaver and more along the way.
“I had just recently discovered and fell in love with all of the records from the 70’s Progressive Country era. It just sounded so fresh and real and really struck a chord with me like it has with a lot of musicians,” he explains, describing the scope of 2017’s Better Than Myself. “But now, things are expanding.”
Still rooted in tradition and a bold, against-the-grain swagger, Waging Peace finds Williams growing – professionally and personally. Finding guitar-slinging inspiration in everything from Skynyrd and The Allman Brothers to Jerry Reed, plus the biting Texan poetry of songwriters Guy Clark and Townes Van Zandt, Williams scours his very soul in each song, rumbling vocals framed by organic twang and retro fuzz. And unfortunately, there’s plenty of ground to cover
Thrusted into life on the road, the young talent quickly discovered his dream’s dark side. Surrounded by temptation and hurtling (uncharacteristically) toward rock bottom, Waging Peace explains the fall-out.
“It was that typical rock-star thing, traveling around and thinking ‘cool’ is the same as being reckless,” Williams admits. “I did it for a lot of years. Until one night, and I’m still trying to process. I wasn’t that person then – and I’m definitely not now – and Waging Peace is just about trying to make peace with yourself.”
Over 12 deeply-personal songs produced by Ben Fowler, Williams gets real about the cost of living wide open. Built around an internal struggle between good and evil, he comes clean, seeks redemption and learns to trust his instincts again, injecting that pure-country theme with a blast of Rust-Belt rock.
With tracks like twangy two-steppers “Old Before My Time” and “Rock Bottom,” a head-on collision with reality looms. And on the string-scorching guitar anthem, “Fire,” Williams takes a blowtorch to the life he once knew.
He’s left to survey the damage with the grooving country funk of “A Higher Road,” while harmonica legend Mickey Raphael adds a woozy sense of sorrow to the aftermath and Williams finally declares war on the epic “Waging Peace” – bringing his howitzer of a vocal to bear on the “devil” within. The project ends on a reflective note with “The Struggle” and “The Vice,” as Williams puts his ordeal in big-picture terms, but his eyes open far too late.
To be sure, Williams isn’t the first artist to grapple with the temptations of success, and he won’t be the last to feel boxed in by his first record. But with those challenges come growth – and on Waging Peace, they lead Williams to something more authentic than any “Outlaw” label: three chords and the truth.
“It’s been said before, but it’s true. All anybody like me hopes is that my songs will affect somebody,” he says. “Something that makes life a little bit easier to handle, and maybe finds some positivity in the struggle. I just hope there’s a connection there, and that I can keep making the art that satisfies me moving forward. I think that’s a big difference.”

She has recently toured with the likes of Dierks Bentley, Lainey Wilson, Turnpike Troubadours and Morgan Wade. Her new song “Hunt Me Down” sets up a new chapter for the singer/songwriter. Produced by Oran Thornton (Brent Cobb, Logan Brill), “Hunt You Down” marks a major tonal shift from Butts’ 2022 sophomore LP what else can she do, a character-driven exploration of complex matters like addiction, domestic violence, and generational trauma. “With the last album I wanted to write about the struggles I’d seen people go through or experienced myself, so a lot of the songs had a sadness or darkness to them,” she says. “I feel like ‘Hunt You Down’ is much closer to what I’m like onstage, where there’s real emotion and truth but also humor and a tendency to poke fun. Sarah Buxton &#8211; The Nashville-based singer-songwriter has long excelled inside the machine with her eyes fixed firmly outside of it, plotting a space of her own. A singer’s singer who’s lent her signature ethereal grit to projects for a range of artists from Miranda Lambert to Dierks Bentley to David Nail to Blake Shelton to Will Hoge, Buxton has also written songs for a list that’s equally impressive: Keith Urban, Florida Georgia Line, Big &amp; Rich, Gary Allan, Trisha Yearwood, Caitlyn Smith, Sarah Jarosz, Reba McEntire, Harry Connick Jr., Dan Tyminski, and more. In the same year, Gorley was awarded ACM Songwriter of the Year and Song of the Year for Cole Swindell’s “She Had Me At Heads Carolina,” and landed ASCAP Country Song of the Year with Wallen’s “You Proof.” He was also awarded 2023 Songwriter of the Year (all-genre) by Variety at their prestigious Hitmakers event in Los Angeles. In 2022, he was honored as NSAI’s Songwriter of the Decade for 2010-2019. In 2011, Gorley formed his own publishing and artist development company, Tape Room Music. Writers for Tape Room have already celebrated nearly 40 #1 songs, including 2018 ASCAP Country Song of the Year, “Body Like A Back Road” and 2021 ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC Country Song, “One Of Them Girls.” He has multiple Grammy, CMA, and ACM nominations and wins, including a nomination for Country Song of the Year at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
Jeff Hyde &#8211; A native of Marshall, Texas and raised on sounds of artists such as Keith Whitley, Tom T. Hall, and The Statler Brothers, Jeff Hyde moved to Nashville to pursue music in 2001. He quickly established himself as  one of Music City’s busiest and best songwriters, penning numerous Country hits, including Eric Church&#8217;s chart-topping singles &#8220;Springsteen,&#8221; &#8220;Record Year&#8221; and “Round Here Buzz.” A long line of artists including Alan Jackson, George Strait, Bobby Bare, Luke Bryan, Charlie Worsham, Nikki Lane and Becky Buller have also put their own stamp on his songs.
Josh Jenkins is a Nashville based singer-songwriter and lead singer of the band Green River Ordinance. Throughout his 15 year tenure as the lead singer of GRO, he has had several records top the Billboard Heatseekers Chart and many songs placed in TV/Film. Jenkins’ songs have been recorded by artists such as Dustin Lynch, Walker Hayes, Jordan Davis, Randy Houser, and more. He co-wrote the viral, RIAA certified 6x Platinum, grammy nominated smash hit “Fancy Like” by Walker Hayes, which has spent more than 20 weeks at Number-One on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, reached Top-Five on Billboard’s Hot 100, and ruled every country sales and streaming chart for several weeks. Jenkins is also a co-writer of CMA song of the year “Buy Dirt” with Jordan Davis, featuring Luke Bryan.  He also recently celebrated his third Number-One with a song called “Tucson Too Late,” performed by Jordan Davis. These successes contributed to Jenkins being named the No. 1 Billboard Hot Country Songwriter for multiple weeks straight.
Matt Jenkins &#8211; Perfectly riding the line between cool and commercial, Jenkins’ songs always leave the listener wanting more. A 2017  CMA  Triple  Play  Award Winner, he has earned six #1 singles, including &#8220;Happy Anywhere&#8221; from Blake Shelton ft. Gwen Stefani, &#8220;Do I Make You Wanna&#8221; by Billy Currington, “Song For Another Time” by Old Dominion and  &#8220;SettingThe World On Fire&#8221; by Kenny Chesney featuring Pink. He wrote Florida Georgia Line&#8217;s &#8220;Confession,”  Dustin Lynch&#8217;s &#8220;Where It&#8217;s At&#8221; and Keith Urban&#8217;s hit single &#8220;Cop Car.&#8221; Jenkins has recently had cuts with Sam Hunt, Old Dominion, Walker Hayes, Travis Denning, and Jordan Davis.
Ben Johnson  is a songwriter and producer signed to a joint publishing venture with Nashville-based Tape Room Music and LA-based APG. Johnson, who calls Nashville home, is also signed to Stoney Creek Records/BBR with his band Track45. At age 19, Johnson moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University with a cello scholarship. He continued to refine his skills and gained the attention of hit writers in Nashville and LA. Four years into this dedicated process, Johnson met Ashley Gorley, who stepped in as a mentor and coach.  In 2018, Johnson got the break of a lifetime when Charlie Puth cut his song “Patient” which opened doors for a publishing joint venture with APG and Tape Room.  Since then, Johnson has landed cuts across genres, including Justin Timberlake, Meek Mill, Thomas Rhett, Weezer, David Guetta, HARDY, and more. Skyelor Anderson is a singer-songwriter who is making a name for himself on the Country Music circuit. Born on November 22, 1994 in Memphis, TN, Skyelor began singing in church as a young child and knew by the age of 14 that music would play a huge part of his life. However, it wasn&#8217;t until 2011, when he won 1st place in his high school talent show, &#8220;Southaven Idol&#8221;, that he realized that music would be his entire life. His first real taste at performing in front of a large crowd was on the 1st season of the XFactor (USA edition) where during his initial audition, his music stopped playing almost immediately. Skyelor never missed a beat. He placed in the top 8 of the men’s division. Skyelor has since then dedicated his life to being a full time artist. From playing in small bars in his hometown to playing CMA Fest two years in a row. He has opened up for numerous country artists, including Jamey Johnson, Brothers Osbourne, Craig Morgan, Jon Pardi, Trace Adkins, and many more. Although he enjoys playing on the stage, he also enjoys writing songs, sharing co-writes with hit-makers like Josh Miller, Craig Campbell, Styles Haury, Chris Sligh, Mary Kutter, and others.

Mark Irwin moved from the Northeast to Nashville to pursue his dream of songwriting in 1987. Soon after, Mark landed his first cut, the Christmas song “Meet Me Under The Mistletoe” recorded by Randy Travis, and years later, recorded again by Hailey Whitters. Mark then went on to co-write Alan Jackson’s first number one hit “Here In The Real World,” a two-time CMA Song of the Year nominee, ACM Song of the Year nominee and winner of the Music City News Award for Song of the Year 1990. Mark has co-written three other number-one country singles including “Redneck Crazy” (Tyler Farr), “Highway Don’t Care” [Tim McGraw (featuring Taylor Swift and Keith Urban)], and “Neon Light” (Blake Shelton). Other notable releases include “Looking For That Girl” (Tim McGraw), “New Friends” (Lainey Wilson), “Bama Breeze” (Jimmy Buffett), “That’s How They Do It In Dixie” (Hank Williams Jr.), as well as cuts from Martina McBride, Faith Hill, George Jones, and more. Dan Harrison
Dan Harrison is a singer-songwriter based in Nashville, Tennessee. Growing up immersed in music of all kinds outside Philadelphia, he was drawn to country music and the sounds of the south while attending college at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. After graduating, he made his way to Nashville.
He has earned cuts with artists like Adair&#8217;s Run, Todd Cameron, Belles, Clayton Shay, Carson Beyer, Don Louis and more. One of his cuts, the recent viral TikTok song &#8220;All Hat No Cowboy&#8221; by Belles, is currently at over 4 million views on TikTok. He was also awarded the 2021 ASCAP Jay Gorney Award and the 2022 Bluebird Golden Pick for his song, “Friendly Fire”, which highlights the mental health issues facing our military veterans. He is also the recipient of the 2023 ASCAP Harold Adamson Lyric Award &#8211; Country Divison, and a member of the ASCAP GPS Class of 2023.
Dan has shared some of country music&#8217;s most famous stages with acts such as Mitchell Tenpenny and Steve Moakler, and split festival bills with Lady A, Lainey Wilson, Hardy and Blake Shelton, most recently at the Barefoot Country Music Festival in Wildwood, New Jersey and the Carolina Country Music Fest in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Jeff Middleton
Originally from New Jersey, singer/songwriter Jeff Middleton moved to Nashville over twenty years ago to build a career in the music business.  He was a member of the critically acclaimed Warner Music recording artist Dirt Drifters and has performed across the country and internationally with Chely Wright and Josh Thompson.  In addition to spending time on the road and stage, Jeff is a staff writer for Liz Rose Music and Universal Music.  Over the past two decades, Jeff’s songs have been recorded by numerous artists, including Jason Aldean, Lee Brice, Morgan Wallen, Jordan Davis and Trace Adkins. He was nominated  for CMA Song of the year for “Drowns the Whiskey”, a multi-week #1 on  country radio for Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert.  The song was  recently certified by the RIAA as a platinum selling single.

Mark Taylor
The 24-year-old Nashville resident brings that feel-good 90’s country sound back to his fans with his smooth vocals and soulful melodies. Having already opened for or shared the stage with superstars Big &amp; Rich, Bryan White, Eric Paslay, Joe Nichols, Jon Pardi,  Russell Dickerson, Members of R.E.M., The Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, Collective Soul, and many more, Mark is certainly one to watch in Nashville.
As a songwriter, Mark has written songs recorded by Amii Stewart (Singer of the 1979 #1 “Knock on Wood”), Whey Jennings (Grandson of Waylon), Hayley Payne, Dan Harrison, Molly Lovette, and more.
He has received airplay all over the world including Australia, Ireland, London, Switzerland, and the U.K. His single, “Dust Off That Dirt”, has received nearly a quarter of a million streams and has been added to several terrestrial AM/FM radio rotations throughout the Northeast and Southeast United States, as well as internationally. He also won ASCAP’s 2023 Harold Adamson Country Lyric award for this critically-acclaimed song. His music video for “Dust Off That Dirt” made its premiere on The Country Network, broadcasting to over 40 million households.
Mark‘s recent cut, “Just Before the Dawn” (Top 40 hit on the iTunes Country Chart and Top 10 hit in Norway), recorded by Whey Jennings, was featured in the award-winning film, “American Outlaws”, available in select theaters and streaming services now.
