His backing band, The Nashville Counts is the collected talents of fiddler and harmony singer Jack Bird; guitarist and banjo player Anthony Castagna; steel guitar and trumpet player Eddie Slide, and bass extraordinaire Luca Chiappara. The band name alone gives a hint to the sinister presence that awaits any stage that they are about to take.
